Recruiting Videos

By creating recruiting videos you make future candidates get a better grasp, and hope when they submit applications.  At Larimore Production Company we like to think of recruiting videos as a way to educate, excite and engage potential candidates. Recruiting videos are great because they give information about the company, excite candidates about the position and team. Recruiting videos can be used on your YouTube channel for organic leads, on your blog, in social media posts, on your job posting, and within email marketing campaigns. This method of hiring can be a key component in your hiring the best possible team.

How our clients have used recruiting videos?

CUMMING CORPORATION

Cumming is an international project and cost consulting firm that delivers creative, customized solutions to a vast portfolio of clients worldwide. They have been growing rapidly, and one of their constant needs is to find high caliber talent to add to the Cumming team. In 2022 we filmed and produced a new company wide recruiting video for Cumming as well as edited and delivered 8 individual employee interviews to be used on LinkedIn and email over the a matter of a few months. Back in early 2016 we filmed a three video recruitment campaign to highlight Cumming’s biggest offices: New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. This was such a great project as we traveled to these different locations and were able to showcase both the great culture each office has as well as the diversity of opportunities that each city has to offer. The videos are being used now in the recruiting process for each of these cities.

CONTINUING LIFE

Continuing Life is a California-based company that operates and manages retirement communities and health centers. They have roughly 13 communities and health centers in the state of California and wanted to produce a recruiting video to help them better staff their different locations. Their different locations share similar architecture and style, and the way each location is run is similar so we ultimately decided to create one overarching recruiting video that could be used by each individual community. After the video was completed, we delivered a video for each individual community with their specific logo at the end so it felt more community-specific.

During the process of filming interviews, we realized that the nurses and health care professionals that we interviewed, had their own unique stories that both fit well into the overarching all community video, but would do well to create their own health center-specific recruiting video. We added a half-day of filming and some editing budget to the project and were able to then have 2 unique videos targeting different types of employees.
